Common questions

What's free and what's paid? Module 1, the urgent checklist, call scripts, the options finder, benefits check and helplines are free. A one-off £4.99 in-app purchase unlocks Modules 2–9, all tools, the letter builder and your certificate. There is no subscription.

I've changed phone or reinstalled the app. Tap any locked module, then tap Restore purchase to unlock the full course again at no cost. Your progress is stored on the device it was made on and does not sync between devices.

Reminders aren't appearing. On iPhone go to Settings → Notifications → Debt Confident and make sure Allow Notifications is on.

A figure or phone number looks out of date. Open the app while online and it will fetch the latest figures automatically. If something is still wrong, email us with the page name.
